What changes between products?

Temperature-level mix, refrigerant, compressor arrangement and whether heat rejection is air or water. Those changes alter oil systems, piping diameters and SAT scripts even when the family name stays the same.

What must be cleaned or replaced?

Oil filters, strainers, gasket sets and any oil charge that is not listed as included. Ask whether a refrigerant change requires a different oil and who supplies that charge.

How is the first good output verified?

Record the agreed temperatures, pressures, delivered kW and electrical input at an attainable test condition, with a method for evaluating any difference from the design point.
